DELIVERY & RETURNS
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Please select whether you would prefer 1st or 2nd class delivery when placing your order.
Express Delivery (1st Class) - between 1-2 working days after dispatch
Standard Delivery (2nd Class) - between 2-4 working days after dispatch
COLLECTION
If you wish to collect your order from our shop in Low Row, please place your order and select "Collection in store" and then get in touch to arrange collection.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched every weekday (excluding bank holidays and shop closures). Most orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Most orders placed before 11.30am on a weekday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time (or on weekends/bank holidays) will be dispatched the next working day.
Large & bulky orders are sent via UPS or Parcelforce. These orders may take slightly longer to arrive.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we do not accept any liability for late delivery of good(s). Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

TRACKING
All orders are sent using tracked shipping methods. You will receive an email containing your tracking number which can be used to receive updates on your order from the courier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your good(s) to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with the good(s) you receive, please get in touch with us BEFORE returning your good(s) back to us. Returning your good(s) prior to contacting us and receiving a response may affect your refund.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on specially ordered items (i.e. items we do not carry in stock generally).
You will be responsible for returning any unwanted good(s) back to us, including the cost of shipping. If an exchange is agreed, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping of the replacement good(s) unless otherwise agreed.
You MUST return your unwanted good(s) with a completed returns form, available to download & print here: AG Bikes Returns Form
Upon receiving & inspecting your unwanted good(s), we will then either:
1. Issue a refund for the good(s) less the cost of shipping.
2. Apply a credit to your account for the cost of the good(s) less the cost of shipping
3. Exchange your item as requested by yourself on the completed returns form.
